She wanted them all to have dinner one night, with Cornflakes and Grace and the nookie and be in normal land.
No matter how life panned out she hoped he would always remember her name and if they drifted apart look her up from time to time.. She would do the same. They would stay friends for a rainbow and life would be like an old film starring Bogart and Hepburn.
